1. New parquet

Since it has traces of usury and since it is not the best and resistant parquet, it is advisable to change the entire floor. In this way, I assure you that bacteria disappear, especially if you have allergic provisions. Make sure that the parquet plates, whether they are laminated or triple stratified, are positioned correctly and that the model corresponds to the rest of the finishes in the house.

2. Carpentry

If the doors, some wooden details or even the furniture are not new or even reconditioned, you can consider the possibility of changing the entire carpentry. The main door must be heat -resistant and with anti -theft protection and the doors that delimit the rooms to be of good wood, of quality and, in terms of shade, combine the floor of the rooms.

3. Tiles and tiles

The tiles and tiles in the bathroom may not be at your convenience and could, like other finishes, be worn, have traces of limestone and even have an obsolete design. Our advice is also to allocate a budget, as they will extend the comfort and aesthetic aspect of the apartment.

4. Paint

Also for allergenic reasons, most people choose to take/paint all the rooms of the apartment. An excellent choice, especially if you prefer a modern design for your apartment and if you want to add color. Choose a washable and resistant paint that corresponds to the needs of the house you have just purchased.
