How to choose the internal paint correctly –

The correct choice of paint for your home depends on many factors, which you should consider, if you do not want to buy products that are not compliant with your expectations. When it comes to internal paints, it is very important to consider the rooms in which you will use them. Almost all the internal paints sold today are washable, which means that they can be clean. It is good to know that paints are divided into different washable classes, depending on their cleaning resistance. In particular, there are five washable classes. The first washable class includes very resistant paints for repeated and intense cleaning, which have a higher price, but also a tailor -made quality. On the contrary, the fifth class of washable includes economic paints, with a low price, but which does not resist a repeated cleaning.

For unpretentious spaces, without special requests (warehouses, dry rooms in which it does not smoke), you can choose a paint with a washable classes 5, 4 or 3, depending on the budget, ease of implementation and consumption. If you like the white walls, you have to take care of the color intensity. There are several degrees of intensity and shine in white, depending on the paint. On the other hand, if you want to color the walls of the room, it is good to check if the paint can be modeled.

Suggestions for the choice of paints according to the space

Keep in mind that, inevitably, the paint of the walls in the living room, bedroom or corridors will get dirty and scratch. So, if you want to have the least number of headaches possible with the walls in the living room, bedroom or corridors, choose a paint that falls in the first three washable lessons, to make sure you can clean it without problems.

For bathrooms, kitchens and other spaces that are often dirty, it is good to choose a paint with 1 or 2 washable lesson, because they resist excellent cleaning with disinfectants or domestic cleaning agents and will maintain their qualities and more appearance. The application of an epoxy resin is another good option for often dirty spaces, such as bathrooms or kitchens. The epoxy resin can be used for both floors and walls, it can be colored and resistant to mechanical wear and chemical agents or cleaning agents.

And the latex paint is another good choice for the spaces presented to requests. The latex paint can be washed, it is elastic, it has a rubberized appearance and consistency, which is suitable for applying on the fiberglass wallpapers. Its qualities also recommend it for use in restaurants, schools, hotels and public spaces.

For bedrooms or rooms where children or allergic people are located, you can choose hypoallergenic paints, which do not contain solvents.

For cheerful kitchen or for children’s bedrooms, a favorite version of the little ones would be the black paint with the writing sheet, very resistant to scratches. You can also opt for a paint with magnetic properties. This product will help you leave messages directly on the wall for other family members.

For the spaces in which there are various smells, such as cigarette smoke, there are paints that fix organic particles in the air and destroy bacteria. If you are a bad smoker, if you have a restaurant where you have recently smoked or flooded, you probably know that the stains generated by these causes cross the paint, even if recently applied. We have good news: there is a paint for the rapid renovation of the walls and colorful ceilings with nicotine, soot, fats or dry water spots. Such a paint dries quickly and impeccably covers the stains you want to get rid of.

In spaces with increase in humidity, you can choose paints that protect against damage caused by molds and mushrooms.

If you are worried about the negative effect of electronic equipment (cell phones, radio, TV, appliances) and you want a protected space, you can choose almost completely and high frequency paints.

To establish the amount of paint necessary to cover all spaces, measure the surfaces of the house and therefore calculate the need according to the specifications offered by each manufacturer. Take into account the losses that inevitably appear in the application process.

Regardless of the washable class, almost all paints should be applied in two layers, therefore multiplies with two surfaces paintings, to calculate the paint requirement.
